- At Vytautas Mineral SPA, the relationship is founded on the principle of mutual respect between the guest and the staff
- It is very important to us that every guest at Vytautas Mineral SPA relaxes well, retains their privacy and feels comfortable.
- Guests and employees at Vytautas Mineral SPA are not differentiated by gender, ethnicity, nationality, or age.
- We do not tolerate inappropriate, offensive, or humiliating behavior towards our staff. If such behavior occurs during treatments or when serving guests, the employee has the right to refuse service.
- We welcome you to take photos, videos, or otherwise capture and share our unique premises without violating the personal rights of others, especially children.
- To ensure a healthy and harmonious environment, Vytautas Mineral SPA is a completely smoke-free facility. However, there is a designated smoking area outside behind the entrance roundabout.
- The SPA area and library are oases of peace and silence – please enjoy them without noise or phones (or with phones on flight/silent mode).
- For your safety, the slippers provided in your room should be worn only inside the room.
- Quality sleep is essential for a full recovery. Therefore, at Vytautas Mineral SPA, the time of rest and relaxation begins from 11:00 PM in winter and from midnight in summer, so that you and your neighbors can rest in a quiet and harmonious environment.
- Treat the room’s cleanliness and furnishings as you would at home. If you like a book, robe, towel, or other item, ask us about the possibility of purchasing it.
- The minibar is for drinks and snacks offered by us. Please avoid placing your own food items inside to prevent unwanted odors for future guests.
- By choosing appropriate casual or semi-formal clothing for the restaurant and gastrobar, you help us to create a cozy and aesthetic atmosphere.
- We emphasise punctuality and that you arrive at your reserved time or inform us if you are going be late.
- We believe you respect the hard work of our staff and the comfort of future guests. Please ensure that children do not step on restaurant sofas with shoes, play with or throw food, and that the space is left as you found it.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled SPA treatment.
- Hotel guests are expected to enter the SPA area wearing a bathrobe and rubber slippers. We will provide you with towels.
- To ensure a calm and relaxing SPA atmosphere, guests who are intoxicated and/or repeatedly violate SPA etiquette will be asked to leave the SPA and wellness area.
- We can help you choose the most suitable treatment if we are aware of any health issues, medication, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries or injections, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
- If you have a cold, fever, or feel unwell, please do not use any SPA and wellness treatments for your own and our staff’s safety.
- Come to the treatments without make-up, jewelry, or watches that could interfere with the treatment.
- The massage is performed on the naked body. However, you will be covered during the session so that only the area being massaged is visible. You will be offered with disposable underwear. However, you can also wear your own underwear if you are not concerned about possible staining from cosmetic products.
- If anything is not satisfactory during your treatment – room temperature, music, massage pressure, or if you prefer to have the treatment in complete silence – please let the specialist know. Our aim is to provide you with a flawless experience.
- If you'd like to express your appreciation for a successful treatment with a review, kind words, or a tip (which will be charged to your room account), you will find a feedback form and pen.
- Your wear European-style swimwear in the pool and sauna area.
- The highest standards of hygiene are strictly adhered to in the pool and sauna area. Please read the information on the signs for your and others’ safety and hygiene.
- Our professional staff is always ready to answer your questions and advise you.

HOUSE RULES OF THE VYTAUTAS MINERAL SPA
- All guests over the age of 18 arriving at the Vytautas Mineral SPA wellness and recreation complex are required to present a valid identity card.
- Guests arriving at Vytautas Mineral SPA are asked to fill a guest registration card or a health condition questionnaire (for guests using wellness services), familiarise themselves with the rules of procedures and confirm their acceptance by signing them electronically.
- Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 12:00.
- Unless otherwise agreed, a guest’s reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. The bill for services and goods purchased during the stay must be settled upon departure with cash (EUR), credit cards, or vouchers, when the room key card is returned. If a guest leaves without paying, Vytautas Mineral SPA reserves the right to charge the outstanding amount to the guest’s credit card. The guest is obliged to settle outstanding payments for services or goods in full even after departure.
- The minimum stay at Vytautas Mineral SPA is one night.
- Upon request and subject to availability, late check-out on the day of departure is possible for an additional fee.
- If a guest has made a reservation and paid for services or has a voucher thats includes services but decides not to use them, no refund will be be given.
- Guests who depart before the reserved date can only receive a refund only at the discretion of hotel management, after explaining the reason for the early departure.
- Failure to rebook or cancel a booking in time will result in a no-show fee.
- Depending on availability, accompanying persons can stay at the Vytautas Mineral SPA for an additional charge. Visitors staying after 22:00 must register at reception, present a valid ID and pay for accommodation. The number of guests staying overnight must correspond to the number of booked and prepared sleeping places.
- The reception of the Vytautas Mineral SPA is staffed around the clock.
- Guests with pets are only accepted if they have booked a pet-friendly room in advance.
- Vytautas Mineral SPA reserves the right to refuse entry to unwanted persons, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure and the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Stolen or damaged property will be charged to guests and must be paid for within 2 days. If a room becomes uninhabitable due to damage, guests will be charged the full cost of the damage.
- Parents, guardians or accompanying adults are fully responsible for the health, safety, behaviour and compliance with the rules of minors (under 18 years) and persons with disabilities during their stay.
- Children under the age of 16 and persons with disabilities may only enter the pool when accompanied by a responsible adult who assumes full responsibility for their safety.
- Use of the fitness room is not recommended for children under the age of 14. Children aged 14to 16 can use it without parental supervision, but parents take full responsibility for their children’s behaviour and any health problems or negative effects.
- Guests are encouraged to store valuables in the in-room safe. Vytautas Mineral SPA is not liable for lost or damaged items left unattended outside the safe.
- When photographing, filming, or otherwise recording in Vytautas Mineral SPA spaces, guests are asked to respect the privacy rights of others, especially children.
- The MOON restaurant is available to guests aged 12 and over after 6:00 PM.
- The pool and sauna area is available to guests aged 12 and over after 8:00 PM.
- The outdoor terrace and dome of the restaurant operate during the warm season from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
GUIDELINES FOR GUESTS AT VYTAUTAS MINERAL SPA:
- Respect the peace and quiet of other guests. Quiet hours are from midnight to 7:00 AM in the warm season (and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in the cold season). Guests who disturb others must compensate Vytautas Mineral SPA for any damage caused. If you feel disturbed, please contact the 24/7 security service on extension 100.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire building (including rooms and balconies). A cleaning fee of €50 will be charged for non-compliance. A designated smoking area is located at the entrance roundabout.
- Do not move any furniture, do not damage any objects and do not take any objects with you. Report any damage or defects to the administration or reception.
- The possession of flammable substances, dangerous objects or weapons is prohibited. The consumption or possession of narcotics or psychotropic substances is strictly prohibited. Intoxicated guests will not be accommodated or served in the SPA centre, swimming pool, sauna or restaurant. If a guest behaves unlawfully, we reserve the right to expel the guest without refund. If necessary, the authorities will be called in.
- Follow the fire safety guidelines. Do not leave electrical appliances unattended (e.g. irons, hair straighteners). The use of personal electrical appliances is only permitted by prior arrangement or on loan from reception. This does not apply to telephone chargers, electric shavers, hair dryers, kettles and coffee machines.
- Guests with pets are only accepted if they have booked a pet-friendly room in advance.
- Help conserve natural resources – turn off water, swipe your key card when you leave the room and return all key cards at check-out.
- Bicycles, scooters, or other means of transport are not permitted in rooms.
- Never leave young children unattended.
- Make sure your room is securely locked when you leave.
- In unforeseen situations, contact reception on +370 67 50 0656 or call extension 100 from your room.
- Follow all general house rules of Vytautas Mineral SPA and applicable laws on safety and security.
GUEST SERVICE AND ROOM MAINTENANCE
- For security reasons, the entire premises and common areas of the Vytautas Mineral SPA are under video surveillance.
- Operating hours:
- Reception – 24/7
- Housekeeping – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Rooms are cleaned daily from 15:00. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Towels left on the bathroom floor are changed daily. Rooms with pets will only be cleaned by prior arrangement with the guest.
- Restaurant – 8:00 to 12:00 PM (on weekdays until 11:00 PM). Breakfast: 8:00–11:00 AM | Buffet dinner: 6:00–8:00 PM
- SPA Centre – 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Pool and sauna area – 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Children’s room – 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (break: 1:00–2:00 PM)
- Library – 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM
- Fitness room – 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Staff may perform minor repairs during guests' stay without disturbing them.
- For security reasons, management has the right to enter guest rooms.
- Any items found will be returned to the owners where possible or guests will be notified by email or text message. Uncollected items will be destroyed after one month in accordance with the regulations.
FEEDBACK AND ENQUIRIES
The Vytautas Mineral SPA team is constantly working to improve the quality of service and welcomes all feedback, suggestions and requests from guests (at reception or by email to [email protected]). All guest feedback is reviewed by the management and the guest is always contacted afterwards.
ACCOMMODATION WITH PETS (DOGS)
RESERVATION
A stay with a pet must be booked in advance. Pet-friendly rooms are limited and availability cannot be guaranteed without prior reservation. Guests booking a normal room but travelling with a pet may be refused accommodation.
- Only one small or medium sized dog is allowed per room. Other pets (e.g. cats, rodents, reptiles) are not accepted.
- Only clean, healthy, non-aggressive pets with stable behaviour are allowed. The hotel may request a health certificate, vaccination card or veterinary certificate if required.
- A flat fee of €30 per night per pet will be charged.
- The hotel reserves the right to change the pet policy and fees without prior notice.
DURING THE STAY
- Guests acknowledge that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, on the terrace, in the SPA centre, in the conference rooms and in the medical facilities.
- The hotel will provide a pet bed in the room, which must be left behind. Missing items will be charged.
- Pets must be kept on a lead in all communal areas and throughout the hotel grounds.
- Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of their waste in the bin provided outside.
- If a pet is left alone in the room, the "Do not disturb" sign must be displayed on the door.
- The hotel reserves the right to evict guests with pets that pose a threat or behave inappropriately: injury to others, excessive noise (barking, howling, whining), signs of illness or soiling of the hotel premises.
- If a pet causes a disturbance and more than two complaints are received, the hotel reserves the right to evict the guest without refund of pet fees or room charges.
- Guests must inform the hotel staff when the room can be cleaned.
- If the pet causes damage (e.g. to carpets, furniture, towels, bed linen), the guest is responsible for the costs.
- Hotel towels may not be used for pets.
IMPORTANT
Guests acknowledge that rodent control measures may be in place on the property.
The hotel is not liable for any pet health issues or damages related to this.
The hotel reserves the right to change pet policies and fees without prior notice.
